How do I list my ticket on Tixel? Can I sell my wristband if it has already been shipped?
Head to tixel.com/sell and select the "in my email" option and follow the prompts to forward your confirmation email to Tixel to list your ticket(s). You can still sell your wristband if it has already been shipped. If your ticket sells on Tixel, the wristband associated with the ticket will be deactivated and Tixel will take care of issuing a new wristband to the buyer. To check the current status of a wristband, please enter the UID (8-14 digits) printed on the back of your wristband chip here.
What if I've already found a buyer? Can I exchange my ticket privately on Tixel?
Yes. During the listing process, select the option to make the listing private. Only people with your unique ticket link can buy your ticket.
How do I join the waitlist on Tixel?
Head to the Lights All Night page on Tixel and select the event you're looking for. Once on the event page, select Join Waitlist. You can then pre-authorize payment for your preferred ticket categories or simply sign up to receive alerts for when tickets become available.
How do I buy a ticket on Tixel?
Head to the Lights All Night page on Tixel and select the ticket type you're looking for. Here, you can safely purchase tickets from other fans and they will either be shipped to you or available at will call. If no tickets are available, you can join the waitlist and pre-authorize payment or set up alerts for when tickets become available.
When will I receive my tickets?
After purchasing a ticket on Tixel, your ticket will be immediately available for download from your Tixel account.
I've sold my ticket. What happens next?
Once you've sold your ticket, no further action is required from sellers. By default, your funds will be released after the completion of the event; however, you may be eligible for express withdrawal. Click here to find out more.
