Festival Safety
Your enjoyment is our first priority, and the times of your life are straight ahead. Enter our world with a reminder to have fun and be safe. The health of our patrons is of utmost importance to us.
The most rewarding moments are those we share with our community of fellow music lovers. Few things in life are better than the feeling you get when hearing the tunes you love with friends, old and new, so stay present and listen to your personal rhythm.
Hydrate
All that nonstop dancing and vigorous physical activity can lead to dehydration and overheating. By all means, enjoy yourself, but remember to stay hydrated.
We have free water available so that you can refill empty containers. Hydrating backpacks and reusable water bottles are allowed but must be empty and non-multi-pocket and are subject to search upon entry.
Replenish vital electrolytes with sports drinks offered at concession stands. Better yet, cool down from the heat you stir up on the dance floor with a stop at our fresh fruit stands serving up tasty fruit, juices, and smoothies.
Outlet
At Outlet Mental Health, our mission is to provide accessible resources, support, and relevant activities for individuals navigating mental health challenges and promoting holistic wellness both during and beyond the Festival Experience.
We are committed to offering a safe space where those affected by mental illness, as well as their friends and families, can find guidance, understanding, and the necessary tools to foster healing, resilience, and overall well-being.
Through collaboration, compassion, and advocacy, we strive to break down barriers to mental health care and empower individuals to seek help, find hope, and build healthier lives.
Stay Comfortable
The weather can be unpredictable, so be ready for temperature changes from day to night. Check the weather forecast and bring an extra layer for when it gets chilly. Also, we highly advise pairing your outfit with comfortable dancing shoes.
After all that dancing, take a break from the heat of the moment and cool off at designated Chill-Out spots.
It’s vital to take breaks throughout the day if you want to make the most out of Lights All Night and close out your night with us.
Buddy System
It’s easy to get separated at festivals. Know where your friends are, set up meeting points, and stick together.
Helpful Tip: Utilize Time Stamps so your friends know when the message was sent in case of any time delays or signal issues.
If you think a friend needs help, ask our friendly staff to assist, and always leave the show with everyone in your crew. Familiarize yourself with the medical tent locations by checking the website, mobile app, and maps on site.
Be a Friend
Help fellow festival-goers, be a friend indeed to a friend in need. Contact a staff member or security officer if you see a person who is showing any signs of distress, which may include nausea, vomiting, headaches, blurred vision, racing heartbeat, shallow breathing, muscle tremors, inability to talk, or discolored lips.
Never leave someone alone who feels sick or has expressed that they’re unwell. If you suspect somebody is ailing from a drug-related issue, seek immediate medical attention.
Enjoy Yourself
You can enjoy the show without alcohol or other substances – consider going substance-free. If you’re under 21, drinking is not allowed. Remember, your body weight and height affect how much alcohol you can safely consume, and alcohol won’t cool you down or rehydrate you.
Be cautious if you’re driving. Don’t drink or use drugs and drive. Ensure you have a safe ride by taking a cab, having a designated driver, or using Uber. Stay safe!
Zero Tolerance
Lights All Night has a strict no-drug policy, including all marijuana, even medicinal. Don’t risk getting kicked out of the venue!
Ensure a great weekend for yourself, your friends, and other fans. If you think someone might be experiencing a medical issue or drug overdose, get help right away at one of the clearly marked medical stations or find a team member.
Medical Assistance
Whether you need to cool down, rehydrate with electrolytes, or use aspirin, bandages, or earplugs, our on-site medical personnel are here to help. First aid stations are located near every stage and marked with red crosses around the festival grounds. Feel free to visit for any health-related issues.
If you see our roaming Health & Safety team, give them a smile! They stay on their feet throughout the event to keep a watchful, caring eye on you. If you or a friend has a medical concern, don’t hesitate to flag them down.
Consent Matters
If at any time during the event, you feel unsafe, don’t want to ride home with someone, or feel someone is not respecting your right to consent, then please visit any of our medical tents for help.
Respect the Space
Respect the place and our environment. Please do your part! Help pick up after yourself and others and do your part to keep the venue clean.
Hearing Protection
Consider investing in high-fidelity earplugs. The purpose of any earplug, be it foam, high-fidelity, or custom-made, is to prevent hearing damage. High-fidelity earplugs take into account the resonant frequency of the ear so that sound attenuation is even across the frequency spectrum, preserving the original musical quality, only quieter.
