Just as life is a marathon, so is Lights All Night! With over 60 DJ’s, five stages, and both indoor and outdoor areas, there’s a lot to see at LAN this year. We have an amazing setup that is complemented by our professional staff of security, police and medical teams onsite for your safety.
Please be responsible and take care of yourself and friends around you. LAN survives and thrives based on the success of our fans making the right decisions and being aware of their surroundings. If you or someone you know needs help for any reason, please find the nearest security guard and contact us on our app with your location and situational specifics, so we can deploy our team to help.
LAN is a mostly indoor event but features a new and improved outdoor component. This is purposefully built to allow patrons the ability to get off the dance floor, get a breath of fresh air, use the restroom, rehydrate, rinse & repeat!
It’s important that you keep in mind that with the outdoor component, you also have the potential for cooler weather, precipitation and uneven surfaces of concrete, grass and dirt. So please keep that in mind when you are dressing for LAN and make sure you have the proper layers and footwear necessary for your own personal comfort. We’re all going to get warm on the dance floor and there’s no better way to cool off than a stroll outside to our Food Truck Patio and two other stages!
Peak arrival times are around 9 PM to Midnight! So if you arrive at these times you can expect a wait time of approx 30 minutes or more. Our scan & search process is an integral part of keeping this event safe. We have increased the size and scope of this year’s process, which includes more lanes and metal detectors. We suggest you arrive approx 90 minutes prior to your desired artists set, to account for traffic and our search process.
LAN is a unique event in a unique space! Dallas Market Hall consists of multiple areas that vary in size. In order to create a safe environment, we must monitor the capacities of the rooms at all times. Please take the time to review our map so you can understand which doors allow you into different areas. While passing from room to room, please take your time, be patient and walk at a leisurely pace through our scanning devices.
We’ve got a ton of great options to get you to and from Dallas Market Hall, including onsite parking, dedicated Ride Share Drop-Off & Pick-Up, as well as being within walking distance to the Dallas Market Center stop for DART. With a large event of this size, there will always be more congestion coming and going, so please plan your arrival and departure according to your needs and comfort.
The use of illegal drugs is not permitted at lights all night. Anyone using illegal drugs will be subject to removal from the event, and will not be allowed back in.
Event security and safety teams will be located throughout the venue beginning at the entrance to the festival and remaining on-site for the entire duration of the event. If you have an emergency, find a staff person with a radio or go to the nearest security station, information booth, medical station or security personnel for immediate assistance.
There will be emergency medical and security personnel on-site around the clock. If you need emergency medical or police attention, find a staff person with a radio, go to an information booth, medical tent or tell one of our security personnel. Those who have special dietary needs may bring food for personal use only into the venue. Factory sealed, non-glass, water bottles are also allowed. Please behave responsibly. Event producers are not responsible for attendees’ actions. Be respectful of your neighbors and friends at the show and help people out if they need it. We’re all here together.
Official event merchandise (shirts, hoodies, hats, glasses, lighters, water bottles, posters and more) will be sold at a highly visible location that will be well marked on the event map. In addition, various craft vendors of all types will be prevalent throughout the site as well.
There will be a variety of food and beverage vendors of all types throughout the event!
Staying hydrated may be the most important element of having a good time at a festival. You will be dancing, which means you will sweat and loose water. For this reason it is important for you to drink water regularly throughout the event. In addition to bottled water that will be available at various bars or food-vending locations, free water stations will be located throughout the event. Any bottle or empty container may be filled up at these locations. Stay hydrated, make sure your friends do too and have a great time!
There will be bars that serve a variety of alcoholic beverages to patrons who have a valid id proving that they are 21+, as informed by Texas law.
There will be well marked ATM’s throughout the event.
Any US or other government’s form of identification is acceptable as long as it is a valid picture id with required birth date. This includes: drivers licenses, id cards, passports, etc.
